Quality Control
T.T.C. Construction operates under what we refer to as a "THREE-PHASE" Quality Control System:

  • PREPARATORY: During this preparatory phase we review approved contracts and submittals. This firm confirms that all "decision" making personnel has a complete understanding and sets the expected quality level.
  • INITIAL: During the "Second" phase T.T.C. Construction administrative personnel inspects work and proper paper work to ensure that all aspects are being completed as discussed in contract. We also inspect our workmanship to ensure it is satisfactory and compliance.
  • FOLLOW-UP: The "Third" and final phase occurs immediately after each work item is complete. At this time any deficiencies are identified and corrected to the satisfaction of all parties.
Not only does this philosophy improve our overall quality; it increases productivity. This system was obtained while doing work for the military and the Corps of Engineers and worked so well that we have elected to adopt this philosophy.
